Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the GuardianMesh Inc. corporate website and the products and portals that link to them. A product may present additional terms, an order, an employment agreement, or investment documents; those specific terms also apply and control for that product or transaction where they differ.

Corporate Platform and Products

GuardianMesh Inc. develops and operates a portfolio that includes public websites, Mystrix and Beava experiences, business and workforce tools, corporate and investor portals, developer services, and Guardian Network. Features, availability, eligibility, and commercial terms vary by product and maturity.

Accounts and Authorized Access

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials and recovery methods secure.
• Use employee, corporate, shareholder, investor, and administration portals only under the role and authority assigned to you.
• Notify us promptly if you believe an account, key, or credential has been compromised.
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Content and Product Activity

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GuardianMesh Inc. the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content to provide the selected service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, task information, business records, and communications.

Product interfaces, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology remain owned by GuardianMesh Inc. or their respective licensors. Except where an applicable licence permits it, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them.

Payments, Marketplace Activity, and Investments

Prices, taxes, fees, refunds, payouts, subscriptions, and settlement timing are shown in the relevant product or transaction flow. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms. You authorize the selected payment and agree not to submit misleading payment, task, service, or transaction information.

Investor portal activity is additionally governed by the applicable offering documents, signed subscription documents, eligibility rules, cooling-off rights, and securities law. Nothing on the general corporate website is personalized investment advice or a substitute for those documents.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use a product for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or interfere with another user or system.
• Do not scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use AI-assisted features to evade review controls or treat generated output as an authorized financial, employment, legal, or governance decision.

Guardian Network and Node Operators

Guardian Network is one product in the portfolio. Independent node operators must follow the current protocol, protect operator credentials and identity keys, avoid inspecting or modifying encrypted payloads, comply with applicable law, and maintain a reasonably secure node. Delivery depends on network conditions and node availability.

Any operator credits, eligibility criteria, weights, fees, or settlement arrangements are governed by the current operator materials and confirmed settlement records. Parameters may change prospectively as the network evolves.

Developer Tools and Integrations

Developer tools and APIs may be subject to published licences, credentials, limits, and technical documentation. You are responsible for your application, users, security, notices, permissions, and legal compliance. We may suspend credentials that threaten users, systems, or service integrity.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how GuardianMesh Inc. handles personal information. Product-specific notices may provide additional detail at collection or within an authenticated workflow.

Availability, Changes, and Termination

Products may change as they mature. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce security or compliance controls; and suspend access for a material breach or risk to users or systems. Where practical, material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated through the relevant product.

You may stop using a public product at any time, subject to transaction, employment, corporate, investment, retention, and other obligations that survive account closure.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. GuardianMesh Inc. is not responsible for third-party services, independent users or operators, or events outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, GuardianMesh Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction.
