GuardianMesh Inc.
Business Plan
Mystrix first, Beava second, supported by a focused platform portfolio
Current as of September 14, 2026
1. Company
GuardianMesh Inc. is a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, Corporation No. 1775511-2, with its registered office in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company designs, builds, and operates digital platforms.
Mission: build useful, understandable software that gives people more agency in entertainment, local commerce, work, community, and difficult real-world conditions.
Vision: a durable Canadian platform company whose products respect people while solving specific problems well.
2. Portfolio Priorities
Priority 1 — Mystrix
Develop Mystrix as the flagship playable-television platform. The immediate product focus is a strong audience experience, dependable creator tooling, compelling worlds and stories, coherent credits and subscriptions, and reliable web and mobile delivery.
Priority 2 — Beava
Develop Beava as the second flagship and a trusted Canadian neighbourhood-services marketplace. The immediate focus is healthy local supply and demand, clear task and quote flows, booking and payment confidence, community reputation, safety, and mobile access.
Supporting portfolio
Operate secondary platforms through explicit evidence gates. Products receive continued investment when they demonstrate customer use, revenue potential, strategic learning, reusable capability, or meaningful public benefit. This group includes AI4U, ChronoDent, Simul, Webcounter, FlowPass, EthicalScanner, Kynx, Lovyn, Lodgistics, Vybes, travel coordination, Boccia, ocean CO₂ research, and the Guardian network with Ratchet.
3. Customers and Value
| Platform | Primary users | Core value |
|---|---|---|
| Mystrix | Audiences and story creators | Participatory narrative experiences and tools for building them. |
| Beava | Canadian task posters, helpers, and neighbourhoods | A structured local path from a need to a trusted person and completed work. |
| Professional tools | Businesses, clinics, teams, and operators | Focused workflows for AI adoption, decisions, analytics, and operations. |
| Community products | Travellers, communities, consumers, and participants | Better coordination, connection, accessibility, and informed choices. |
| Resilient communications | Individuals, developers, and organizations | Communication across outages and constrained networks. |
4. Revenue Model
The portfolio supports several product-appropriate models rather than forcing one model across every platform:
- credits and subscriptions for interactive entertainment;
- marketplace transaction economics and optional service features;
- software subscriptions for professional and operational tools;
- paid implementation and advisory services;
- commercial licensing, managed deployment, and organizational contracts where appropriate.
Revenue claims are validated from actual product records. Forecasts and market estimates must be presented separately from achieved results.
5. Operating Model
GuardianMesh Inc. maintains clear product boundaries while sharing carefully selected company capabilities: deployment, security practice, privacy engineering, administrative tooling, payments, customer support, corporate governance, and quality assurance. A shared component is used only when products genuinely share the same current contract.
Product decisions follow four questions: Is the user problem clear? Is there evidence of demand or public value? Can the company operate it safely and legally? Does further investment beat the opportunity cost against Mystrix and Beava?
6. Go-to-Market
Mystrix
Acquire audiences through distinctive playable stories and acquire creators through capable, approachable authoring tools. Improve activation, story completion, return play, creator publishing, and paid conversion based on observed behaviour.
Beava
Build local density market by market. Focus on successful task matches, useful quotes, safe completion, repeat customers, reliable helpers, and neighbourhood referrals rather than undifferentiated national reach.
Secondary platforms
Use focused pilots, direct outreach, public launches, and partnerships suited to each product. Avoid spending as though every concept is already a scaled business.
7. Measurement
- Mystrix: activated readers, completed story sessions, return participation, creator activation, published content, credit usage, and subscriptions.
- Beava: active neighbourhoods, quality task posts, useful quotes, match and completion rates, repeat use, disputes, and transaction revenue.
- Portfolio: active users, customer outcomes, revenue, operating cost, safety and privacy incidents, support load, and strategic learning by platform.
- Company: cash runway, capital allocation, delivery reliability, security findings, and legal or regulatory obligations.
8. Capital Plan
The current portal offering consists solely of 4,000,000 Class A shares at CAD $0.05 per share. It represents 2.00% of the company’s 200,000,000 authorized Class A shares, states a CAD $10,000,000 company valuation, and targets CAD $200,000 in gross proceeds.
Capital priorities are flagship product development, content and marketplace activation, safe and reliable operations, customer acquisition experiments, legal and compliance work, and disciplined validation of supporting platforms. Exact allocations remain subject to operating evidence and board oversight.
9. Principal Risks
GuardianMesh Inc. is an early-stage private company. Risks include limited resources, dependence on key people, uncertain adoption, competition, platform safety, cybersecurity, privacy, AI quality, payment and marketplace obligations, changing regulation, inability to raise further capital, and illiquidity of private shares. A broad portfolio adds prioritization and execution risk. Investors could lose their entire investment.
10. Securities Notice
This plan is company information, not a prospectus, offering memorandum, or investment recommendation. Any sale of securities is subject to applicable Canadian securities law, investor eligibility, definitive subscription documents, risk acknowledgements, and acceptance by GuardianMesh Inc. Prospective investors should obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice.
